Bolaji Elelu

Bolaji Elelu is the visionary founder and Managing Director of Elelu Elelu & Associates. With a robust academic foundation in Economics and Finance, Bolaji holds an MBA from the University of Ilorin and an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield University, UK. His career spans over two decades in the banking industry, where he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager and was instrumental in developing real estate finance desks at Prudent Bank and Skye Bank. During his time in banking, he structured and financed several landmark projects across Nigeria’s real estate and education sectors.
As the driving force behind EE&A, Bolaji brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and visionary leadership. He has successfully led the execution of high-profile consultancy assignments, financial modeling, capital structuring, and project coordination. Bolaji has served on multiple boards, including Skye Mortgage Bank and PeakThrust Insurance, and was recently appointed a Non-Executive Director at the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI). He remains an industry thought leader and facilitator on corporate finance and investment topics.
Ayo Banjoko
Title: Director
Ayo Banjoko is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in credit analysis, investment banking, real estate finance, and corporate governance. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ayo also holds an MSc in Corporate Governance from Leeds Business School, UK. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and has held several senior leadership roles across banking, asset management, and energy finance.
At EE&A, Ayo plays a critical role in driving strategy, evaluating investment opportunities, and structuring complex project finance transactions. His expertise covers oil & gas financing, real estate project structuring, and risk management. Known for his analytical depth and strategic foresight, Ayo brings invaluable insights to EE&A’s advisory and execution capabilities across multiple sectors.
Akin Arokoyo
Title: Head, Technical
Akin Arokoyo is a construction and project management expert with over a decade of hands-on experience in the built environment. Trained as a Quantity Surveyor from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic and certified in Project Management, Akin has worked on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale public works to high-end private estates. His early work with Citec International and EU-funded developments gave him solid exposure to both technical and social infrastructure delivery.
At EE&A, Akin leads the technical implementation of projects, overseeing quantity surveying, cost management, and EPC coordination. He is deeply involved in site supervision, contractor selection, and procurement oversight. His practical insight and precision ensure that every development is executed with quality, efficiency, and financial control at its core.
Bolakale Elelu
Title: Business Development & Investment Manager
Bolakale Elelu is a Certified Estate Surveyor and Valuer with a strong background in asset valuation, feasibility analysis, and real estate sales. A graduate of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, he holds certifications from ESVARBON, NIESV, and the Nigerian Institute of Management. His career spans notable positions in top firms such as Joe Akhigbe & Co. and Paul Osaji & Co., where he gained experience in agency, facility management, and valuation for major clients.
Within EE&A, Bolakale focuses on identifying investment opportunities, structuring development plans, and managing client relations. His comprehensive knowledge of the property market and analytical rigor enables him to drive project success from conception through execution. His approach combines technical discipline with commercial intuition, making him a vital asset to EE&A’s mission of delivering investment excellence.
Faruq Umar
Title: Associate, Head of Research & Business Development
Faruq Umar is a distinguished economist and research analyst with close to a decade of experience in institutional research, policy analysis, and capital market studies. He holds a First Class in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master’s degree from the University of Benin. Faruq is currently a PhD candidate in International Trade at the University of Ibadan and a member of the Nigerian Economic Society and Institute of Capital Market Analysts.
At EE&A, Faruq leads research and innovation, developing models such as Nigeria’s first Real Estate Index and forecasting tools to benchmark asset classes. His analytical skills and policy insight make him pivotal in assessing project viability, macroeconomic trends, and investment strategy. Bisola Idayat Elelu
Title: Associate, Investment Analyst
Bisola Idayat Elelu is a finance professional with international training and experience in alternative investments, corporate finance, and portfolio analysis. She holds a First Class degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School, UK. Her career includes stints at Ingressive Capital, Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), and Meristem Securities.
At EE&A, Bisola supports investment evaluation, deal structuring, and performance monitoring. Her exposure to both venture capital and institutional investing enables her to bridge strategy with execution. Ifeoma Offor
Title: Research Analyst
Ifeoma Offor is an emerging analyst with a background in biochemistry and business administration. A graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, she is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Abuja Business School. She holds several certifications in financial modeling, project management, and human resources from the Corporate Finance Institute and Exford Global.
Ifeoma provides vital support in market research, product positioning, and financial analysis. She specializes in analyzing upscale real estate markets and identifying consumer trends in Abuja, Ikoyi, and Lekki.
